Format theme supports social sharing links in the post layout.

The following sharing links are available by default:

- Share on X
- Share on Facebook
- Share on LinkedIn
- Share on Pinterest
- Email
- Copy Link

To add other social sharing options you need to edit the `partials/post/social-share.hbs` file.
