• Visitors (visitors.now) — privacy-oriented analytics with pageviews, device and location signals, and optional session persistence. With persist mode enabled, Visitors sets a first-party cookie so return visits can be linked into a journey over time. See Visitors’ Privacy Policy.

The support chat on the site is run for us by a third party:

• Poise (poise.so) — the chat widget on every page. It receives the page you are on, your referrer, browser language, time zone, window size, user agent, and a city and country derived from your IP address; the full IP address is kept for 90 days for abuse prevention. A conversation also holds the name, email address, message text, and any files you send us. See Poise’s Privacy Policy.

Essential cookies may be used for checkout and similar site functions.

Visitors analytics may set a first-party persistence cookie used only for analytics (not advertising). You can clear or block cookies in your browser; blocking may reduce the accuracy of analytics but will not block core browsing of this site.

The support chat sets no cookie here. It records whether its panel is open in your browser’s session storage, which the browser clears when you close the tab.

We use collected information to:

• Run and maintain the website
• Improve the site and our products
• Answer support requests and send order-related emails
• Detect and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email, analytics), as long as they keep it confidential. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Visitors processes the diagnostic data described above under its own policy, and Poise processes what you send in a support conversation under its own.
