What does support cover?
Our support covers questions about feature configuration, bugs, and general questions about the theme. However, it does NOT include Ghost installation or fixes, theme customization, and updates.
How long is support valid for?
All theme purchases come with 1-year support by default.
What happens after the support period ends? Can I still use the theme?
Yes, you can continue to use the theme after the support period ends. However, we will no longer be able to provide technical support.
Can I try a theme before purchasing it?
We do not offer trials, but we do have a 14-day money-back guarantee if the theme doesn't meet your expectations.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Can I use the theme on multiple websites?
No, a single license allows you to use the theme on one website only. To use the theme on multiple websites, you need to purchase a separate license for each one.
Can I use your themes with Ghost Pro?
Yes, our themes are compatible with Ghost Pro. However, the Starter plan does not include custom themes, so you'll need at least the Creator plan.
Are the original assets (CSS, JS) included in the download?
Yes, the original assets are included along with the bundled files, enabling you to customize and modify the theme as you wish.
How do I get updates?
Updates are released via Lemon Squeezy. You can download the updated version from your Lemon Squeezy Orders.
Can I modify and customize the themes?
Yes, you are free to customize any theme to your liking.
Do you offer theme customizations?
We currently do not offer paid custom work or theme customizations.
