- Lifetime Usage: When you buy a theme from us, you receive the right to use that theme for a lifetime.
- Single End Website: Each purchase allows you to use the theme on one end website only. If you wish to use the theme on multiple sites, you must purchase additional licenses.

✅ What Included in Theme Support
- Support covers questions about theme functionality, helps with feature configuration, and assists in removing bugs or issues.
❌ What's Not Included in Theme Support
- Support does not include services that modify or extend the theme beyond its original features (e.g., CSS customizations).
- Support does not include manual installation of theme updates.
- Support does not include services to set up the Ghost CMS or fix server issues. If you encounter any Ghost issues, we suggest reaching out to the Ghost team at
support@ghost.orgor asking on the Ghost Forum (opens in a new tab).
We process purchases through a third-party service, Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/ (opens in a new tab)). Please refer to their terms and conditions for payment specifics.
- No Redistribution: You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, lease, license, or offer our themes to any third party.
- Prohibited Actions: Modifying, copying, or creating derivative works from our themes for redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.
If you are unhappy with your theme for any reason, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Please note, refunds are subject to review, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds if abuse of this policy is suspected.
Refunds are only available within 14 days of the purchase date. After that period, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you receive a refund, you cannot continue to use the theme on your website. You are required to uninstall and delete it.
After Refund
- You will receive an email confirming the refund.
- Your credit card account should receive the funds within 3-7 business days.
- PayPal refunds are immediate.
- You will be unable to download the theme or receive future updates.
We reserve the right to modify this Terms of Use at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
