Terms of Use

• Lifetime Usage: When you buy a theme from us, you receive the right to use that theme for a lifetime.
• Single End Website: Each purchase allows you to use the theme on one end website only. If you wish to use the theme on multiple sites, you must purchase additional licenses.

• Detailed documentation is available at https://www.priority.vision/docs/ to help with using our themes.
• For bugs or issues beyond the documentation, personal support is available at https://www.priority.vision/contact/#support.

What theme support includes - Questions about how the theme works, help with settings, and bug fixes.

What theme support does not include - Custom CSS, new features, or changes beyond what the theme ships with.

• Support does not include manual installation of theme updates.
• Support does not include services to set up the Ghost CMS or fix server issues. If you encounter any Ghost issues, we suggest reaching out to the Ghost team at support@ghost.org or asking on the Ghost Forum.

Support renewal

• All theme purchases include 12 months of support. You can renew your support for another 12 months for $49.

We process purchases through a third-party service, Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/). Please refer to their terms and conditions for payment specifics.

• No Redistribution: You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, lease, license, or offer our themes to any third party.
• Prohibited Actions: Modifying, copying, or creating derivative works from our themes for redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

All Priority Vision themes are digital products delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the theme files have been delivered. Unlike physical products, a downloaded theme cannot be returned. Instant delivery also means someone could buy, download, and then request a refund while keeping the files. For this reason, all sales are final.

Review the live demo and documentation before buying. If you have questions about a theme, contact us first. We are happy to answer them.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You are purchasing a digital license to use the theme, not ownership of the source files for redistribution.
• You have had the opportunity to review the live demo and product description.
• Delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon payment, and you waive any applicable right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchase: You accidentally bought the same theme twice.
• Technical fault: The theme is defective or unusable as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, purchasing the wrong theme or license, lack of technical expertise, dissatisfaction with design after installation, or any reason other than those listed above. To request consideration under the exceptions, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Support Instead of Refunds

While refunds are not available, we will still try to help. If the theme has a technical problem or does not work as described, contact support and we will work on a fix.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Attempting a chargeback while retaining access to the theme may result in license revocation and a permanent ban from future purchases.

For European Union (EU) users: If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from contracts for digital goods. By purchasing a theme that is supplied immediately upon payment, you expressly agree that delivery begins right away and you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If we make a material change, we will note it here.
