Where can I find the documentation for a theme?
Each theme has docs on the docs page. Questions or suggestions? Write to us.
What does support cover?
Theme setup, bugs, and general questions about how the theme works. It does NOT cover custom modifications or Ghost installation issues.
How long is support valid for?
12 months with every purchase. Renew support for another 12 months for $49.
What happens after the support period ends? Can I still use the theme?
Yes. The theme keeps working. We just cannot provide technical support after the period ends.
Can I try a theme before purchasing it?
No trials. Each theme has a live demo. Check it before you buy, and contact us if anything is unclear.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are not available once a theme has been delivered. If you hit a technical problem, contact support and we will try to fix it. See our Terms of Use for details.
Can I use the theme on multiple websites?
Yes, if you purchase a Bundle. Otherwise you need one license per site.
How do I download a theme and get updates?
Updates go out through Lemon Squeezy. Download the latest version from your Lemon Squeezy Orders.
